Abstract

A digital strategy is a comprehensive plan designed to utilize various digital channels and technologies to achieve specific business goals. This involves using tools such as websites, social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and others to interact with customers, build brand awareness, and drive business growth. The aim of this research is to see the influence of digital strategies on MSME sales during the pandemic. The population in this research was 1,500 MSMEs in Binjai City. This research sample used purposive sampling using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. So the sample in this study was 316 samples. The results of the research show that digital marketing strategies have a big influence on increasing sales of MSMEs in the city of Binjai and are one of the strategies in accelerating the growth of MSME performance
