Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Agriculture Office of Southeast Aceh. Employee performance is one of the key factors determining an organization's success in achieving its goals, making it essential to understand the factors that influence it. Work discipline reflects the level of employee compliance with the rules, procedures, and policies in the workplace. Meanwhile, the work environment includes the physical, social, and psychological conditions experienced by employees during their work. The sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling, meaning the entire population was taken as the sample. The total number of employees at the Plantation Office of Southeast Aceh was 32 respondents. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who are permanent employees at the Agriculture Office of Southeast Aceh. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which work discipline and work environment influence employee performance, with SPSS version 26 used as the analytical tool.
